The Carroll County General Health District contracts with the Ohio Department of Commerce to inspect manufactured home parks (MHPs) in Carroll County. Carroll County currently has nine MHPs. Environmental Health Specialists inspect MHPs annually. The Environmental Health Specialists inspect the exterior of the dwellings, sewage treatment connections, safety, lighting, roadways, and any nuisances such as trash and standing water.
