The Carroll County General Health District is partnering with The Heart of Ohio Diaper Program to serve Carroll County. Any resident regardless of county is eligible to collect diapers. Any person can come once a month and receive 2 packs a diapers per child.
Pick up hours are Monday through Friday from 9am until 4pm at the upper level of the Carroll County Health Department.
We also accept diaper donations at this location!
