Plan Review for a Food Facility
Are you looking to open a new restaurant or store that will sell food?
The Carroll County General Health District requires a plan review for the following:
- Opening a new facility
- Extensive facility renovations or equipment replacement
- Lapse in licensure (no payment received for a licensing period)
- Change of ownership and/or change your license status (i.e., change of menu or food preparation and processing methods)
Plan Review can have up to a 30-day turnaround time, please plan accordingly.
