Immunizations



Immunizations:

  • Clinics are held Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday by appointment.
  • Children of Carroll County under the age of 18 may be eligible to receive immunizations for a $10.00 administration fee. If eligible, no one will be refused for inability to pay.
  • If your child is on Medicaid, has no insurance, or is underinsured (insurance does not pay for vaccine), he/she will be eligible for immunizations at the Health Dept.
  • Immunizations that are available to adults for a fee:
  • Hepatitis A
  • Hepatitis B
  • Tetanus
  • Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis)
  • If you require a special immunization (such as those required for international travel) call the Canton City Health Department at 330-489-3231.

Flu Immunizations:

  • Special clinics are offered in the fall and early winter. Call after September 20th for appointment dates.
  • We bill Anthem, Aultcare, and Medicare B insurance plans.
