Nuisance Complaints

The sanitarians at the Carroll County Health Department are trained to investigate and recognize public health nuisances.

If you feel you have a legitimate complaint related to a public health nuisance such as excessive litter around a home, uninhabitable living quarters etc., then report it to the Health Department in the following manner:

• You may either call the Health Department at 330-627-4866 and the secretary will mail you a form to fill out or you may download a form here.
• Sign and date the form and mail it back to our office. If you wish to remain anonymous, come to the Health Department and pick up a form. This information will be used by a sanitarian to investigate the complaint.
