Ohio Buckles Buckeyes, Child Passenger Safety Seat Program is sponsored by the Carroll County Health Department and the Ohio Department of Health. You are eligible for a car seat for your child for only $10.00 if:

You are resident of Carroll County
You are WIC eligible and/or are on managed care (i.e., Buckeye, Care Source, Unison or Medicaid)
We have not given you a car seat in the last three years

Car seat inspections and information on car seat safety is also available. Fee free to contact the Health Department and ask for Thomasine Moore or Corinne Ren, Child Passenger Certified Technicians.
