Operation Baby Buckle-Up, Safety Seat Distribution Program is sponsored by the Carroll County Health Department and the Ohio Department of Health. You are eligible for a free car seat through this program if:

• you are a resident of Carroll County

• you are a participant of W.I.C.

• you have a child age 4 and under who weighs up to forty pounds
